Executive Team - Holly Turner

Holly Turner joined SIR Management in 2011 as a Vice President of Legal Services. She brought to SIR Management a solid background in health care litigation and compliance.

Ms. Turner began her legal career as a law clerk for the Illinois ARDC (Office of the Supreme Court of Illinois). She worked as a Senior Litigation Associate at a major St. Louis law firm, focusing primarily on medical malpractice and health care product liability in both Illinois and Missouri. She then accepted a position as Assistant General Counsel for the Illinois Department of Public Health, where she specialized in regulatory health care compliance litigation.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Turner served as a member of the United States Air Force, where she spent most of her service overseas in the Pacific.

Ms. Turner received her Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education, with a minor in Business from Wayland Baptist University. She graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate and was awarded numerous Jurisprudence awards. She has been published in the Journal of Legal Medicine and the Illinois Healthcare Lawyer.
